About Us

Blackburn ' Prior has been part of the NSW Northern Rivers business community since 1958. We operate from offices in Lismore and Ballina, servicing clients locally and from areas as diverse as Hamilton Island and Central Queensland to the Hunter Valley and the New England Tablelands.

Our clients are predominately businesses, self employed professionals and skilled tradespersons. We deliver tax, accounting and auditing services and advice.

Position Available

Our friendly supportive office in Lismore has a position available for a new team member. We are seeking a senior Business Services accountant with post-graduate qualifications (CA, CPA or NIA) and at least three years recent experience in a similar position. The role includes financial statements and business tax return preparation, support to clients regarding their tax affairs, SMSF returns, and depending on your skills and interests may include some auditing. You would be comfortable talking to clients, and enjoy mentoring junior staff.
